Exhibitor Pricing and Acceptance Policies

Mixin Mingle in McHenry on Saturday, November 2, 2019.
EARLYBIRD pricing will end on September 3rd. The VERY last day to sign up will be October 3rd.

Acceptance Policy

Product exhibitors WILL BE JURIED. I will NOT accept duplicate product lines/services. Apply early to guarantee your space as I expect to sell out the 21 spaces quickly! Sales companies such as 31 or Scentsy, etc., will NOT be considered as most would not be a good fit for our audience. If you have something different, please feel free to contact me.

Product Sales

For Product Sales: please fill out the Vendor Request form and supply up to four (4) photos of your items. It is my goal to have a variety of unique offerings for our guests.

Approvals are generally completed within 24 hours of submission. Payment must be completed within 7 days of acceptance.

Product or Service Images

You may use up to four (4) photos on your exhibitor page. SQUARE format works best with a size of 650 x 650 pixels. The event will create images for the online advertising for each vendor. These may not be reused as they are part of the branding of the event.

Gift Bags for Our Guests

I will again have 25 goody bags for our first visitors. PLEASE take advantage of this FREE opportunity and bring 25 samples, brochures, etc (be creative!) to drop in the bags on the event morning.

Marketing of Event

Attendance is not left to chance! Full color handouts are available upon request. A Facebook Event page, extensive Facebook and Instagram advertising, and listings on  Google+ and WhoFish calendars is also done. I highly encourage you to inform your customers/clients you will be at this event in your newsletters, on your websites, Facebook pages and by linking to us here and to the Facebook event.


ALL EXHIBITORS must sign and submit the vendor agreement! REGARDLESS if you have before. Each expo has a new form.

If you are a returning past vendor and received your email invite, you may happily proceed to pay for your space. There are No Refunds
